Nurse Carla
Founder
Lavie AFH’s very capable Resident Care Provider. Her 13 years of Adult Intensive care experience means that your loved one will be in good hands. She has a passion for providing quality care and has the leadership skills to inspire other staff members to provide above standards level of care. Carla is equipped with the necessary skills to ensure that your loved ones’ physical, medical and over all needs are met.
Nurse Christian
Founder
Has more than 10 years of clinical experience. His prior work experience as Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse gave him the ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively. And, as he transitioned to Adult Critical Care 3 years ago, he continues to show his high standards and dedication to the nursing profession. He is an asset to Lavie AFH as our Facility Supervisor to give your loved ones the care they deserve.

The life team is spearheaded by the partnership of husband and wife, Carla and Christian, both registered nurses specializing in Adult Critical Care.
