RN owners are in the facility 24/7 to assist caregivers with residents’ various needs to ensure that top-notch assistance is received for all residents.
24/7 Home Care
One of the fundamental benefits of around the clock care is keeping your loved-one safe. At the same time, our dedicated and compassionate nurses and caregivers are present 24/7 to help in multiple daily activities such bathing, grooming, and eating that are often times taken for granted and can be very challenging for aging or disabled family members.

Hospice Care is the support we provide to your loved ones nearing the end of life. Our hospice care services support your family through this difficult time and make your loved one feel as comfortable as possible in the final days of their life.
Mental Health Care
Our Mental Health Life Team will be led by our RN owners in collaboration with our client’s health care providers and home health team to make your loved ones stay safe at our home.
Respite Care
Caring for someone who has illness or disability around the clock is a 24-hour job. You will surely need a break from time to time. At Lavie AFH we provide short term care, and we offer a safe, comfortable place for your loved one for few days or weeks while you’re away.
Concierge Services
Lavie AFH strives to provide your loved one a cozy, happy and satisfying home. We provide the following concierge services which our residents can avail on demand.
